This is a unique one off house for a private client. The challenging construction works included the construction of a new basement and a steel framed structure, with extensive ashlar stone walling.

Roofs are clad in zinc and bespoke new windows in powder coated aluminium.

A new oval shaped study has been constructed as an insulated timber frame, clad in zinc.

Internally, the works included a cantilevered steel and timber staircase and a glass bridge, crossing a double height space.
